Japan Touring depends on its content contributors. Content includes text, audio, and videos. Content is broadly classified into four types.
  • Article Content
    Article content contains information that maintains its importance and relevance over a longer length of time and is not written with the intent to promote a particular product or service. We generally screen Authors to ensure a higher level of content quality.
  • Blog Content (Under Development)
    Blog content is created and controlled by the Blogger. Successful bloggers provide content that attracts followers. This is your chance to be creative, adventurous, and challenge your boundaries. Japan Touring does not manage or edit blogging content unless it contains offensive material...the sole judge of which is the Japan Touring staff.  
  • Directory Content (Under Development)
    Directory content is divided into two main parts, one of which is a location directory that introduces local points of interest such as a less-known onsen located on an isolated stream. The other is a commercial section where companies and enterprises can list their products and services. The product Owner or service Provider generally inputs the contents related to their enterprise but may hire Japan Touring staff to do it for them.
  • Deai Social (Under Development)
    Deai Social provides an area where members can create groups based on common likes and interests and exchange messages, images, and other information with each other.

Jim
Jim is retired....more or less...and spends the cold six months of the year in Arizona where the weather is warmer and sunny. During the other warmer months he spends in the small fishing village of Arari which is located on the west coast of the Izu Peninsula. When in Arizona, he mainly works on websites and yardwork. When in Japan, he continues working of websites but also spends a lot of time fixing up his 70-year-old Showa home, working on a friend's sailboat called Kaikoma and searching for early morning photo shots and late afternoon opportunities to photograph the setting sun.
